Professional Experience

Paula is based in Nashville, Tennessee and brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality valuation. She has appraised thousands of lodging properties across urban, suburban and resort markets, specializing in California while working nationwide.

She started her career as a general commercial appraiser, conducting valuations on retail centers, office buildings and industrial buildings throughout California. In 1998, she had the opportunity to join Easley & Associates and began specializing in hospitality real estate appraisal, with a focus in California. After moving to the Nashville area over 12 years ago, Paula expanded her practice to markets across the United States. Now having worked in the hotel appraisal industry for her entire career while raising three children, she is pleased to join Woodworth Core Group in 2025.

Paula has a proven track record of delivering reliable valuations for lending institutions, investment firms and property owners across diverse hospitality market segments.
