Cate Forkner serves as a Manager at Woodworth Core Group and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. She plays an active role in the firm's development advisory services. Her varied professional experiences include on-property operations, asset management, advisory, commercial strategy, business development, and capital markets — both on the broker side and as a principal. These experiences provide a deep understanding of the mechanisms that drive hotel performance and owners’ priorities. 

Cate previously held positions with Hilton, CBRE, First Hospitality, TMI Hospitality, and a boutique advisory/asset management firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston’s Conrad Hilton College and is an active philanthropist with a focus on poverty alleviation and animal welfare.
